Casting/Participant Application Information

Such Casting Information may include personal information such as name, email address, street address, telephone number, and similar contact information, age, gender, education, occupation, and personal interests, as well as photographs and/or video of such persons.

Casting Information may be used to evaluate a person’s potential suitability for participation in the applicable programming, and may also be used in and/or in connection with Coolfire's television programs and/or the advertising, promotion, exhibition and other exploitation thereof. Casting Information may be shared with agents, contractors, and employees of Coolfire, as well as any other persons or entities involved in and/or in connection with the development, pre-production, production, post-production, exhibition, promotion, and/or exploitation in any media of the applicable programming (collectively, “Program Personnel”), and may also be used to facilitate further contact between Program Personnel and the applicant.

Children's Guidelines

COOLFIRE does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, nor does it contact children under the age of 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission. COOLFIRE encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet use. Also, COOLFIRE strongly encourages parents to help COOLFIRE enforce its Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on the Website without permission.

In the event Coolfire is casting a television, digital, or other entertainment program involving such children, it will not solicit any such children directly but will rather solicit their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Further, it is Coolfire's policy not to accept any Casting Information from a child under the age of 13, or from any person under the age of 18, without an accompanying signed parental consent from a parent or legal guardian.

It is possible that due to fraud or deception by others, COOLFIRE may unknowingly receive information pertaining to children under the age of 13. If COOLFIRE is notified of this, once COOLFIRE has verified the information, COOLFIRE will promptly obtain parental consent or otherwise delete the information from its servers.
